What causes low power generation?

Low power generation can be caused by many reasons: weather (fog, rain, cloud), temperature (high or low temperature reduces panel efficiency), shade (trees, power poles, bird droppings), panel orientation, broken panels, inverter issues, or grid voltage/frequency fluctuation.

How to connect different solar panels?

Different solar panels are not allowed to connect to the same string and same MPPT. Please notice a broken panel can significantly lower the whole system's power generation. Please change broken panels immediately.

What should I check if the inverter is not generating power?

Once the inverter is down it will not generate any power. Please check the inverter work status, ensure proper DC input voltage, verify grid connection is stable, and check for any error codes on the display.

How does grid quality affect inverter performance?

Grid voltage/frequency fluctuation can happen frequently. Reliable grid quality is one essential condition to ensure inverter working smoothly. Grid fluctuation and frequency fluctuation may affect the inverter's power generation, and can even cause inverter errors.

Can I parallel multiple hybrid inverters?

Yes, Deye hybrid inverters support up to 10 units in parallel for both on-grid and off-grid operation. This allows you to scale your system capacity according to your energy needs.

What is the warranty period for Deye inverters?

Deye provides a standard warranty of 5-10 years depending on the product model. Extended warranty options are available. Please contact your local service center for specific warranty terms.

How to monitor my solar system remotely?

Deye Cloud App provides real-time monitoring of your solar system. You can check power generation, battery status, consumption data, and system health from anywhere using your smartphone.

What batteries are compatible with Deye hybrid inverters?

Deye hybrid inverters are compatible with most lithium-ion batteries (LiFePO4 and NMC). The inverters support 48V battery systems with multiple batteries in parallel for expanded capacity.
